We cannot find the login information for this website. And the WordPress we are currently logged in on does not have access to this website.

  The website we are trying to get ahold of is https://gonzagaoutdoors.gonzaga.edu/ and the last login information I was given was that the username was “outdoors” and the password was “Guoutdoorszags20” or “Outdoors16”. WordPress is saying that there is no account listed under this username. There is another WordPress account that we have access to with the username (email visible only to moderators and staff) with password “Guoutdoorszags20” but this one does not have access to our website.

  Is there any way to recover the old account that has access to our website or is there any way we could allow the account we have the login for to get access to the website. Please let me know!

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with AWS.

  So, you’ll log in to it through https://blogs.gonzaga.edu/gonzagaoutdoors/wp-login.php and not through us.

  And, if you don’t recall the password when logging in on the correct site, there are some options for you at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
