we cant acces to our profile

The username is greenloverd and we hace request to change de email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) several times, but it doesnt work.
We need to use the correct email address and recover the password. -

Provided your are logged in under the correct username account, you can change your email address on your accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
