We can't access our account

Hello all of a sudden we can’t access our website and it is coming up with a red explanation mark. We have checked the servers in the hosting and everything seems fine we are wondering if it is a problem on your side. We are currently losing thousands of pounds worth of sales so please let us know as soon as possible

your site is showing fine to me. Also note your site is not a wordpress.com website, but was made using the standalone wordpress.org, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=prepboxnutrition.com

Firstly thank you for your quick reply. It doesn’t let me sign in the back end of our website. For some reason when I click on our website and then I click the my account section or Cart it comes up with a message saying Error establishing a database connection.

We’re only able to help with sites hosted on WordPress.com in this forum, and your site is using the open source WordPress.org softwareand hosted with a2hosting.com instead.
The red exclamation mark in your My Sites menu means that the Jetpack plugin is unable to communicate with your site, but the cause of that is on your site’s end, either with the WordPress software, or with your hosting provider/servers.
Please ask in the WordPress.org forums as that’s the correct place for support with the WordPress software you’re using:
