We can't 'confirm' email addresses

  Hi! We’re trying to use Gravatar, and update our gravatars, but anytime we sign in we’re just met with this page with no way around it: https://cloudup.com/cScgTmocvA8

  We’ve clicked the confirmation link back in 2015, but it just will not let us past this page despite having long ago confirmed email.

  Even on WordPress.com, this ‘please confirm your email address’ notice keeps staying here: https://cloudup.com/cL_9qdBQBdr

  Again, even though we’ve click ‘re-send’ confirmation email multiple times now, and each time have confirm address.

  What’s going on? And how can we confirm our email on both services so that we can use them?
