We can't get the RENEWAL page to show us where/how to pay to renew our site

  We have been trying to renew our site (that is, pay the annual fee) and every time we click the link to Renew Now, (https://wordpress.com/checkout/39937936/renew-domain/themenlobard.org/?ref=expired-domain-alert&view=renew) we get taken to a blank page! I thought this might be a Chrome problem, but it’s happening in Firefox and Safari too. HELP! We just want to renew and get our site back up!

  Hi there,

  I see that the subscriptions are under a different account than the one you contacted me on. You can only see the option to renew upgrades when you are the owner of the account. Simply being a user on the account does not give you access to that information. You will need to contact the current owner and have him/her renew the subscriptions, or have them transfer the upgrades over to you.

  Thanks, Darnell. Can you tell me how to figure out what name/account is the current owner? No one here at Menlo seems to know, and we suspect it’s a teacher who’s no longer here.
