We can’t locate our domain name

    Hi there,

    Our DNS settings were recently changed and it made us realize that our Domain name doesn’t appear to be connected to this account. The domain name is downtownwilliamslake.com

    it says it is still registered with Automattic, but we are having trouble finding the account.

    Are you able to advise the email address that is associated with our domain name?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    I checked and downtownwilliamslake.com is registered with us, but it is under a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. It is connected to nicolastonynielsen. You’ll need to log into that account to access that domain, but we cannot provide the email address associated with the account.

    If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:

    From there, I would check all the emails you own to see if any of them received the password reset email. Please carefully follow the instructions. You should receive an email during the reset process, so make sure that you read it for instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folder, as well, because the confirmation email can end up there.
