We can’t login to our WordPress website after migration!

  Hi,

  We recently migrated from WP to webflow and in the process, we also moved the domain that was on WP to webflow. I cannot log into my WP anymore because when I try the link I always used:

  https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/

  It takes me to an error page.

  I don’t have any other login information as the website was created before I joined the company.

  The site was hosted on All-inkl. They wrote to us: ‘The DNS-settings are okay. Currently it is the software (wordpress) which redirects to the main-domain. Perhaps the problem is, that this is a multisite-wordpress. We assume that there must be a configuration problem.’

  Our domain was http://www.cloudideas.com but now it points to our new website.
  We replaced the old site URL with a new subdomain that we have created for the purpose of accessing the old WP but it does not work either. The new domain: http://www.cloudideas.be and http://www.cloudideas.es

  Please help! I don’t know what to do :/

  Hi,

  Sorry to hear you are having trouble. However, it doesn’t look like cloudideas.com was ever hosted here at WordPress.com.

  To sort this out, you’ll need to contact your previous web host and ask them how to access your WP site without using the cloudideas.com URL. Most hosts will have a solution for this situation.

  Hi Rootjosh! Thank you for your response. I think we have already contacted them and they told us to ask you :D
  This is an endless loop!
