We can't successfully renew our domain, and your system isn't telling us why.

    Just tried to renew the domain using my credit card, and got an error message telling me to contact you citing case number 32995538. What do we need to do to keep our domain up?

    Hi there,

    I see that you tried renewing the domain orthosphere.org a few times. The renewal went through the last time, so now that domain is valid through February 10, 2015.

    I also see that we accidentally charged you for the two times that the renewal didn’t go through. Sorry about that! I just refunded those two extra charges, so you will see those appear on your bank statement in the next week.
