  Hi. I started a new blog and for about three days now I have been trying to add an about.me widget to my Ari theme. Whenever I click Save on the customize widget window, I get this error message:

  We encountered an error while communicating with the about.me server. Please try again later.

  Has anyone else experienced this? If so, does it eventually work, or is there a workaround, or should I give up?

  go to your dashboard pages add new and put your about page then save it

  Nevermind. I did not realize I had to register with about.me first.

  Hi, I am having the same problem as the user above described and adding a new page doesn’t make sense to me and I am registered with about.me. Can anyone help?

  Sounds like the problem is on the about.me end. Have you tried contacting them?

  Make sure you are are using your about.me username, the name in your about.me URL, without any spaces.

  For http://about.me/example the username would be example.
