We forgot our password. Changed email provider so no longer have access to email

Since we forgot our password, we need to update the password but unable to because our email address is no longer valid and accessible.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is actually for my wife’s blog. She cannot get into WP because she forgot the password. Her email address has changed and she cannot access the old “domain” email address. Unable to update password because of this. Thanks
