  They have replied and said we have to contact you!!! we seem to be going around in circles . This is urgent as we have no website. Our website is built with Wix and we believed we had transferred the domain within the 90 days from word press. I have no idea where wild west comes into it .

  I have no idea where wild west comes into it .

  Wild West Domains is our domain partner. However, we provide support for all domains registered through WordPress.com so there is no need to contact them directly.

  Once I know which domain you are referring to, I’ll look into this for you.
