  We have a problem with our business email. 5 years ago registered our employee this email in server Gravatar with his foto. Our company have now a new owner and this employee don’t working in our company again. We don’t want, that our email will be connected with this foto. What we can do? Please help us.

  Hi there,

  If you have access to the email address that the employee used to set up their account and Gravatar image, you can reset the account password here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  Then, you can log in to the account at http://gravatar.com/ to manage the Gravatar image linked to that email address. You can use the “Remove Image” link at https://en.gravatar.com/emails/ to remove the image so it is no longer connected to that email address.
