  we have created a word press e-commerce site on GoDaddy , can we login on word press login, but we cannot remember the user name and password. Out site name is http://www.growmoreexpress.com

  It looks like your site is on the self-hosted WordPress.org instead of WordPress.com which is being supported here. These are two different systems. You can learn more about their differences here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  I would suggest asking for help at the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
