We lost our website when wordpress told us it needed to be updated

  We have a website, http://www.londontrackwork.com that uses wordpress and we were updating website today and it said that we needed to update wordpress and when we did, we have lost everything on our website, can’t log in, etc. My email address is and telephone number is . Please help as soon as possible.

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
