We Lost the Domain and Webpage, what can we do?

    last year we cancelled by mistake the payment of the website ranchovictor.com, we had an email, website and everything, but the person who pays the anually subscription didnt know about WordPress and she cancelled the payment and credit card, is there a way we can recover the domain and webpage?

    Oh dear! Sorry that happened. It does look like the domain has been in redemption (more info here), and it’s about to be deleted within the next few days. Once that happens, anyone can buy it, so I’d recommend checking it every day.

    You might also want to go ahead and buy the plan for the site again, then you’ll have a domain credit that you can use as you make your attempts to re-buy the domain. And if you don’t see the domain released within the next few days, please update us here so we can verify its status.
