We need a 'contact us' widget for a community group blog.
-
This is a ‘no-budget’ community group. Want to have a widget or another way to get a ‘contact us’ form that will send emails to the blog admin(s). I would put it on its own page (preferably) or in the sidebar.
This seems like a widget which should be in the list of available widgets, and not only available to people who can afford to pay $99 or more. I used to see them a while ago. Is it possible to bring it back?
Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Create a static Page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and embed the contact form on it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ Then you will have the URL for that Page which you can paste into a text widget http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/ and when folks click the link they will arrive on the contact form page.
There are no additional widgets available to those who purchase the Premium upgrade. There has never been such a contact form widget that’s strictly for what you want. We have always had text widgets since widgets were introduced and I say that with confidence as I predate the time when when widgets were introduced. Note that you have two choices re: the contact page. You can include it in a custom menu or simply link to it from the text widget and not include it.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-pagesThere will be autofilled information in a contact form or a comment box but your information is visible only to you when you are logged in and have not cleared your browser cache and cookies. No one else can see it.
When someone makes a comment on your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.
Also know that there is an Admin link on posts and pages that only you as Admin and any editors you have can see when you are logged in. It’s for your convenience and your visitors cannot see it. You cannot remove it as it’s coded into the theme templates and we cannot edit templates or themes.
