We manage an HOA community called The Villages at Carriage Hills HOA in Cedar Park, TX. We are Prism Realty Management. We are listed on the site (https://villagesatcarriagehillshoa.wordpress.com/) as people to contact and the contact us page directs the messages to our email. Recently an update was made on this site which is not accurate and is causing confusion for our owners. None of the board members manage this site and we have no information on it. We want to get this resolved the best way possible but have no idea where to start.
We can provide you with proof of our management status and try to find anything else to assist. Please have a PERSON either email or call me directly.

We are Prism Realty Management. We do not have control of this site at all. I have asked the board members as well as all the managers who were in charge of this property since we took over in 2017.
