We need help managing our site, Are we even with WordPress???

    We are at alternativehealthoasis.com. While looking for support with WordPress.com. I was referred here because they aren’t our host. We need help managing some widgets and we’ve been having issues uploading files. Could we get some clarity on who we’re with and who we should be looking to for help with these issues? Thanks!

    The site does not use the managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

    The domain is registered through Tucows and it is hosted by Lunar Servers .com

    This indicates that you’re set up on the open source WordPress.org software. It’s a different version of WordPress. Help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
