We need refund on repeated charges on premium site in Aug, 12 2015

    In August 2015, wordpress.com deducted premium charges two time from my bank account for livelihoodworld.wordpress.com. All deductions were on Aug 12, 2015. Amounts $79.00 and $69.00 I am requesting for a refund of at least one of the charges though the web services were never exploited as thought.I also have two charges on one bill for the domain mapping of that site in one bill. Please can you do well to refund the money or at least one of the amounts. I look forward to a prompt response from wordpress.com. Athanasius Monju

    I’m sorry, but WordPress.com purchases have a 30 day refund window from the date of payment. These charges are almost a year old now. This is well out of the refund window.
