We need the transfer code for our website.

  I have followed the instructions posted to transfer my website/domain to Bluehost, but when I click send my authorization code it brings up an email address to a domainsbyproxy. I have never dealt with this company before so what is the next step? And should I be concerned with the domainsbyproxy email address at all or ignore it?

  Have you canceled registration privacy as instructed in the transfer instructions?
