We can’t see how to include plug-ins we need for our website.
It’s very important for us. Without it, your hosting for WordPress sites isn’t for us.

Hi there, we don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/

As said in our previous post (sent before the limit of 48 hours since our premium upgrade) if you don’t allow plugins, then your hosting service isn’t for us.
We need many plugins and the freedom to choose between similar plugins.
We didn’t find in your site pages offering wordpress.com Premium hosting the plugins limitation.
Given our reasons here stated, and taking into account the fact that we have written to you one day after the premium upgrade, we request the refund of the money (except the $ 18 registration oleikultura.org) in order to get another wordpress hosting without plugins’ limitations and transfer our domain name.
Please, inform us the procedure to follow in this regard.
