We need to Download Themes files.. Just Bought Theme and need File

  Hello Support.. just bought the Theme ‘Ovation’ I am using Godaddy hosting and I need to use this theme on my Godaddy hosting. Can you please help me in getting theme files.. as i see no option to download purchased theme files?

  Where did you buy this theme? If you bought it at https://wordpress.com/theme/ovation, this version of theme is only available on the wordpress.com. You can’t use it on a site using the open source wordpress.org.

  The version of Ovation you bought from us can only be used on WordPress.com, on the cheerdynamix1.wordpress.com site you bought that theme for.

  For use on a stand-alone WordPress site, you’ll need to buy the self-hosted version of that theme directly from the theme shop that makes it instead:

  You can cancel the version of the theme you bought from us for a full refund at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
