We need to renew the mapping by 7/29/17

    I have the credit card, but I can’t renew the information for the mapping expiration.

  • Are you logged into the correct account owning the domain name? What problem are you facing while trying to renew the domain name?

    @akumarjain is correct –

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased must not be associated with the account you contacted us from – there is no history of any subscription purchases under the account you are contacting us from.

    To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
