    It looks like the domain only has been connected to the installation, and the site itself has not been transferred.

    Who is the other site hosted with and do you still have access to this installation under a different temporary domain that may have been provided to you?

    Once we have confirmation of the above, we can look to put forth next steps in migrating the sites over to WordPress.com.
