We switched to Shopify

    Hi we recenently switched to shopify and moved our domain to shopify, how can we access our old WordPress admin portal now that the domain has changed and no longer points to WordPress?

    What is the domain? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domains or sites with us.

    If you had the domain connected to a WordPress site hosted at another provider, you need to contact that hosting provider directly for help with this.

    The forum you’re posting to here is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We’re not the same thing as the open source WordPress software, and we’re only able to help with sites that are hosted on our servers.
