If you can find something in flash that lets you do it then you could try using the gigya shortcode. A quick search turned up radio tuna which might work. I haven’t tested it though.

I’ve never had any success with livestreaming and WordPress.com, even with staff help, but I haven’t tried for at least a year now. I’d say the Gigya Shortcode is about your only hope.
