Dear Sirs
Just a few seconds ago, we created our own blog and paid 99 Dollars. As an address we entered gorkigagarin.com. After we have paid we received a new blog called gorkgagarindotcom.wordpress.com.
This is actually not what we paid for. It makes less sense than just gorkigagarin.wordpress.com which had been for free. We cannot accept how this turned out. Could you please change our address into gorkigagarin.com or give us our money back?
With kindest regards Maxim Staehelin and Juri Schmidhauser from Basel SwitzerlandThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
When users go to register domains for WordPress.com (such as gorkigagarin.com), the system will created a blog name which is based off of the domain. gorkigagarindotcom.wordpress.com will only be seen by you when you are managing your site and creating blog entries. Your visitors will only see the domain name gorkigagarin.com.
It does not however appear that the process completed to purchase your domain. Obtaining the domain will be completely free, but it still needs to be done! All you need to do is log in to your account’s Dashboard and go to Store >> My Domains, and type in gorkigagarin.com. Click the button next to the space provided and the domain name will be added to your blog.
That’s it! It will take up to an hour for the domain to be issued, but it should go smoothly.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns!

Hi there
So here I am with another question. I created my own font, a truetypefont file which I have now on my MacBook. How can I integrate this font in my blog so I can use it just like any other font?
Thank you for support -
Hiya,
Sadly that’s not something which you’ll be able to do. The ability to have the wide variety of fonts which we now have available online is a relatively recent innovation through services such as Typekit. You can check out which fonts are available through Typekit by navigating in your Dashboard to Appearance >> Customizer >> Fonts.
The only real places where you could use the font which you’ve created is to create a custom header image using that font which you can then upload under Appearance >> Header.
Sorry I can’t be more help!

Good Afternoon
On our blog (gorkigagarin.com) we’ve already posted several posts.
Wordpress automatically puts the newest one to the top. Is there any possibility how I can change the order? Or is this really something I can’t do on wordpress.com? Or is it possible to configurate my startpage the way that a post of my choice appears when you enter gorkigagarin.com?
Thanks for your help! -
Blogs, at their essence, are always reverse chronological publishing tools. Meaning that the newest post is always the first one that you see. On WordPress.com there isn’t really any way to change it into a chronological publication.
There are however ways to set it so that other orders are in place. We have settings so that you can “write a book” and display chapters, like so:
And you can also display archives (tables of contents of your posts) in any order you’d like:
