Weather theme

  Why are there a very limited amount of nature themes and weather themes? I would like themes with lightning, rain, and hurricanes.

  Find some public domain images you like (make sure they are public domain or Creative Commons License and if CC, make sure and comply with the CC license) and then use them as a background and/or header in one of the themes that have custom backgrounds and headers. You can filter the themes at http://theme.wordpress.com/ for custom background and custom header.
