Weather widget not appear

  I get a code fromma greek site for weather (http://www.okairos.gr/widget/) of my village.
  I am trying to put in a text widget but when i click save i dissapears.

  This is the code

  I click to SAVE and some rows dissapear.

  Does this code works with wordpress.con or not ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
