  my page keeps getting permalinks when i just want it on http://www.blotchedink.com

  Hi,

  You can set your chosen page to be the home page by going to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Your home page displays > A static page (select below) > set your page in the drop down box > Click Save Changes.
