  hi,

  I have this web address http://stargloryart.wordpress.com. I recently deleted this blog. But what I really want to do is keep this web address but start new again. Now I can’t open this blog nor use this web address anymore. How can I start a new site with this address?

  Oops, deleted web addresses are not recyclable. So nobody, including you, can use stargloryart part of stargloryart.wordpress.com again. So you will have to create a new blog with a different web address.
