  I want to start all over, it seems I was able to delete everything but the ‘web address’ that’s http//……, but I want to change that to match closer to what I’m writing about. I don’t mind starting all over…..If I need to, how do I just start a whole new site and not have other one coming up?

  You can start up a new site at https://wordpress.com/start

  If you want to permanently delete the old one, you can do that in your settings: https://wordpress.com/settings/general
