  what is my web address going to be? i do not want wordpress in there :/

  Hi there,

  As soon you register with WordPress.com you get that subdomain ( wayfearers.wordpress.com ) for free but you can register a domain name as well, like ( wayfearers.com ).

  Please take a look over this : https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/ – you’ll find out more regarding how you can register a new domain and point it to your WordPress.com account/website :)

  Just to clarify, both purchasing/mapping a custom domain and mapping a domain you already own (like your parked GoDaddy domain) requires a paid upgrade plan, Personal, Premium or Business.
