  How do I customise my site address for example turning an address like myworld.wordpress.com to simply ‘My World’? The first letters in blocks.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  My World isn’t a valid domain/address, so you can’t turn your site address to that. If you meant something like myworld.com, then you can upgrade that site to a paid plan, register the desired custom domain, and then set the custom domain as primary address.

  I noticed that you registered a custom domain on one of your WordPress.com sites, but you also need to upgrade the site to a paid plan. Please go to https://wordpress.com/plans → choose the site you registered the domain on → upgrade to a paid plan of your choice.

  After upgrading, you can follow the instructions here to set the custom domain as the primary address of your site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address
