  Can I change my web address than the one given to me by WordPress!

  Hi,

  I’ve never heard that WordPress.com assigned web addresses, but yes a site address may be changed. See the Change a Site Address support page.

  The item “Web Address” in your Account Settings page may be set to any URL you prefer. However, take note that the URL saved in the “Web Address” field at Account Settings is “[s]hown publicly when you comment on blogs,” and appears on your forums profile as well.
