  Hi!

  I created a blog and hosted on wordpress but then switched to bluehost and tried to install wordpress on bluehost. I was unable to and the bluehost help asked if you could ‘re direct A record to 66.147.244.192’ for http://www.the-cabbage.com

  Is this something you are able to help with? Is there anything else I can do?

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/
  (or in the Bluehost support)

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
