Web address in My Account doesn't work?

  The other day in My Account, I changed my web address to howaboutno.wordpress.com, mistakingly thinking that this was how I could change the URL of my blog which is theballachediaries.wordpress.com. After realising this, I changed it back to theballachediaries.wordpress.com but my friend clicked on a comment that I made after having made this change and still gets taken to howaboutno.wordpress.com. I have triple checked the web address that I’ve put in in My Account but don’t know how else I can stop it redirecting to the wrong page..?!

  No – just theballachediaries. Last week I wanted to change the name of my address but didn’t realise I was going about it the wrong way..! howaboutno belongs to somebody else but I didn’t realise this when I thought I was changing my URL..! However I’ve just written a new comment on somebody else’s blog and when I click on my user name, it seems to take me to my own blog now, which is what I want.. I’m very confused!

  You can edit the link on that comment by clicking “Edit” under it in your administration area, which will lead you here:

  https://smallworldbigmouth.wordpress.com/wp-admin/comment.php?action=editcomment&c=33

  Just change the incorrect URL and save when you’re done. Let me know if you need any help!

  Thank you! I clicked on the link above but it says I’m not allowed to edit that comment..? I’ve also tried to do it by looking at the “Comments I’ve Made” but I can’t seem to find any way of doing it..?
