    Is there a way to change the name on the web address? I wanted TomsRiverMetalDetectingPager but somehow I got TomsRiverDetectorPager. The iste is still new and under development. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Presuming that you’re referring to a WordPress.com site, it depends what you mean by “web address name,” and where you want it changed.

    Change Site Address
    The site address of a WordPress.com site can be changed as described in the Change a Site Address support page.

    Change “Web address” entered at Account Settings
    As I understand it, the site address entered into the “Web address” box at Account Settings will be linked to your username when leaving comments on WordPress.com blogs. It can be change by deleting what’s in presently in the box, entering another address, and saving the change by clicking the “Save account settings” button. Whatever is entered as the “Web address” has no effect upon the address (URL) of any site in your account.
