Web-Adress Change

  How can I change my Web-Adress? I had an old blog registered on wordpress with e.g. the Web-adress “example.wordpress.com”. I deleted it and started a new blog (let’s say “However.wordpress.com”) that works. But if you click on my name in a coment or whatever you always get on the wrong track: “example.wordpress.com is no longer available”. Is there any chance to handle this?

  Do you have a gravatar account that needs updating? It might still be set to show your old web address.

  You can also check what sites are set for your account by logging into to your WordPress.com admin and visiting Dashboard > Users > My Profile to update it.
