  I want to use wordpress as an ftp, I do not want to download additional software.
  A company will send 10 files a month using ftp Address, user name and password
  How can I do this , can it be done for free?

  Hi, you only get access to the sFTP if you have a at least the Business Plan or higher. Here is link with all the infos: https://wordpress.com/support/ftp-access/
