    I have upgraded my plan and made payment but there is an error with uploading audio because it said I need to upgrade to a premium

    Hey there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    I think there may be some confusion happening, the reason being is that I see that a domain has been purchased, but not a paid plan.

    At a minimum in order to upload audio, and use the domain for the site, the WordPress.com Personal Plan would need to be in place.

    If a plan is of interest, we can refund the domain as this would be included with the purchase of the plan for the first year.

    It looks like you’re just getting started! What have you got in mind for the site?
