  Hi,

  Wondering if anyone can help me with WCAG.

  We have been asked a question regarding our web chat (I am using Tidio) for an application.

  What accessibility standards does your web chat meet?
  WCAG 2.1 AAA WCAG 2.1 AA or EN 301 549 WCAG 2.1 A

  Is anyone able to explain what this means?
