I used preformatting, A grey column indicated the boundary of the columns. The grey column appears on the actual site. How do I get rid of it?

    Hi,

If you’re referring to the light grey color that borders the content of pages and posts, and appears above the header and below the footer as well, that’s where the site background displays on Twenty Eleven. Light grey is the default color. You can change it at Customize  → Colors & Backgrounds. Scroll down to the color gradient tool (where it says “You can also pick your own color”), and move the control knob to the very top to get pure white, or HTML color code #ffffff, then save the change. I believe #ffffff is the background color of this forum, and in my tests it seemed to match the background color of the content areas on Twenty Eleven.
