Web Design Project – Need Help Finding

  Hello,
  I currently came into a position with a company that previously had a word press website. Sounds like the person that designed the website closed up shop and won’t respond to our requests to share information to our wordpress login. Is there an ability to find the website design and transfer to my account, or re-set login credentials from the design?
