    WordPress.com staff do not actually build websites for their users the rather help facilitate the process and point in the right direction for completing the tasks yourself.

    If you have a free website the community forum is a perfect place to ask question to help you get on the right path and the support documentation is extensive.

    Otherwise if your willing to upgrade you will gain access to live chat support for a direct line to staff to help you build your site the way want it and point you in the right direction to improve upon your website designing skills.
