web designer taken control of site and locked me out

Had the web designer of my site shut down my website and unwilling to transfer the domain name in my name and threatening to use the site to post what he likes to attack me. Please help. I need to gain access. willing to pay for transfer of domain name. its registered in his name. if anything, I just want the articles of the site and start it up again.

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
