  Hello, I have my website domain fun-zonez.com been started and maintained by my employee which is no longer with the company, and I have no more contact with this person. I have my credit card statement since 2018 as a proof that I am the one who is paying the yearly fees from my credit card. I Need help from wordpress customer service to update the domain user name and password for me.

  Hi there!

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
