Hi there, I have been asked by a client to sort out this error message that comes up when trying to access their site. However they do not have the login details needed and we can’t find the proof of ownership info that is requested in the account recovery option. Honestly have no idea what to do from here

Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account, and could you please share your site URL?

Hi Metabreakr, thanks for the reply. So the site I am struggling with is a clients site. I am trying to recover the paid for website but can’t because the client doesn’t have all the ownership details that are needed. We can’t even find the account that they first used to sign up to WordPress to build an account. I’ve put the link to the site below but it will just take you to an error screen that says “this domain is temporarily unavailable”.

Oh, the domain is not registered with us, and the site also seems to be hosted elsewhere, so we won’t be able to help here.
