Web Domain Issue

    I need to get this back up ASAP. I was never notified by WordPress by this and my business is suffering as a result.

    Hi @efbrown3, that domain name is owned by the username bunjesmart. If that is you, log out of your current username and reply back into this thread under user that username so that we can verify you are the owner. The renewal emails would have gone to the email address on the bunjesmart account.

    We send out reminder emails at 30 days if auto-renew is on, followed by a success email if the renewal goes through, or several emails if the renewal fails. Our registrar also sends out reminder emails at a week before expiration, 5 days and 1 day, and then on the day of expiration. There are also alerts in the dashboard of the site to let you know that the domain renewal is coming due.

    42 days after the expiration, the domain is removed from the account and goes into redemption.

    We can recover the domain, but since it is in redemption, there is an additional fee imposed by the registar, which we have no control over, and when in redemption, time is of the essence. The total cost to recover the domain will be $98. Optionally, if you want private registration, it would be another $8, so for that it would be $106.

    You need to log back in with that other account and let me know so that I can get the process underway.

    Also in your reply, please verify you are willing to pay the $98 for redemption and re-registration.

  • Thank you for posting with the correct account.

    The domain, bunjesmart.com, expired on 10 May. That domain has since been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar.

    I’ve sent you a payment link via email to pay the redemption fee for the domain. Once we receive your payment I can email our domain provider to restore the domain. From that point your domain should be working again within 24 hours.

    The email associated with that account is defunct. I tried to change the account email I had from the deleted account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but it will not work as it takes 30 days for the email to leave the WordPress system. I will change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi bunjesmart,

    Please reply here once you’ve updated the email address on your Account Settings page so we can resend the payment request.

    You’ll need to click the link in the confirmation email sent to the new address, to confirm the change.

    My blog can’t be accessed on the internet. I have renewed my account whenever I received notification, but my account messages read domain issues. The two domaine names I have are artafactshh.com and superlyrical.com. Can you please help me?
