Do I need to get a web hosting service like bluehost for my blog? And when people search for my blog, will they see the crevamp.wordpress.com or only crevamp.com?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You do not need to get any webhost. You already have everything you need for now (unless you decide to migrate your content). And when your site gets listed by google, all that will be seen is your domain name (crevamp.com). The only person who will see your WordPress.com address is you when you are writing updates and designing your site.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

Ok thanks! Can you explain to me why I would want to get hosting? I want to own all of my content personally and I’m thinking about using a hosting service for the email capabilities anyways.

Well there are two version of WordPress. WordPress.com (which you have) that keeps all of the files and versions up to date for you, and WordPress.org which is a suite of free software that you can install on any hosting account anywhere. As I implied you are left more responsible for it and keeping it up-to-date, etc. There is no live support available for it, though there are some great communities online which support each other.
We have a help article which goes in to the differences between the two (the pros and cons of each). You can read that right here:

P.S. And by the way, no matter which one you go with, your content will always be your own! We do not lay claim to any of your creative works.

Ok, so I’ve got an account with Bluehost, and tried to move my blog over to wordpress.org with the same domain: crevamp.com.
However, whenever I click to try to open the website it bluehost it directs me back to the wordpress.com site. I’ve been trying to figure this out for about 4 hours now and I need help!

Ah! OK, the problem you’re running in to is that you still have your domain’s nameservers pointing towards us. You will need to change those nameservers to point to Bluehost’s. I’m not sure what those would be (Bluehost would need to tell you), but once you have them, you’ll need to log in to your account with us, go to your Dashboard >> Store >> My Domains >> Edit Domain >> Nameservers.
Once you update your nameservers it will take up to a few hours (but could be as little as a few minutes) and your site will pull up at Bluehost!
